In this role, you will lead and develop a team of water professionals to deliver safe, high‑quality outcomes for our clients, while contributing strongly to technical delivery across water infrastructure projects.
You will build and sustain a high‑performance, inclusive team culture aligned to the Water Sector strategy and WSP’s Guiding Principles. Balancing project delivery with people leadership, you will help grow capability, support wellbeing, manage resourcing, and maintain a strong commercial, technical and client‑centric focus.
