New Zealand Police ICT seeks a Lead Developer for Low Code to drive design, build and maintenance of our Appian-based platform. You will work with Product Owners, Principal Developers and Solution Architects to ensure applications meet NZ Police standards, and you will mentor the team while advancing low-code delivery practices.

You will collaborate with Architecture, Cybersecurity and internal business customers to deliver scalable, secure solutions and stay ahead with the latest Appian

Formación

• Proven experience leading software development teams.
• Experience mentoring and coaching team members.
• Strong understanding of design patterns and software architecture.
• Ability to work across the organisation and adapt to changing requirements.
• Experience with low-code/no-code platforms, preferably Appian.

• Provide strategic direction for platform development and team capability.
• Collaborate with Architecture, Network and Cybersecurity to align with ICT standards.
• Leverage visual model-driven environment for efficient development.
• Design solutions with business customers using low-code platforms.

• Provide 3rd level technical support for the platform.
