You will coordinate design interpretation, manage resources, ensure quality standards and regulatory compliance, and lead a team with strong communication and safety focus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience constructing high-end landscape or building projects.
• Attention to detail to uphold a quality-first approach.
• The right attitude — value attitude first, then skills and experience.
• Be upfront, get along well as part of a team, respect others, and take personal responsibility.
• Able to operate within our health and safety (H&S) requirements.
• To have a clean, full New Zealand driver's licence or equivalent.
• Be reliable, honest, and trustworthy.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate leadership to navigate cultural challenges and pressures, ensuring successful outcomes for the business, clients, and designers.
• Interpreting and implementing landscape plans.
• Coordinating and installing landscape elements to meet quality standards and regulations.
• Efficiently allocate resources and materials to maximise productivity and minimise waste.
• Identify and resolve issues during landscape installation.
• Manage a project from start to finish with minimal supervision.
