Job summary

Humphreys Landscaping is seeking an experienced Landscape Construction Site Supervisor to lead premium residential landscape projects across Auckland. You will head a skilled team, manage site activities from setup to handover, and ensure exceptional workmanship on every project.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will deliver work safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining strong client communication and collaboration with designers and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading residential landscape construction projects and teams.
• Strong technical expertise across landscape construction, including concrete pool construction.
• Sound understanding of New Zealand building standards and Auckland Council requirements.
• Ability to plan ahead, solve problems, and deliver high-quality projects safely and on time.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a skilled landscaping team on site.
• Take ownership of projects from establishment through handover.

About the Role

This is a hands-on leadership role where no two days are the same. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will take ownership of premium residential landscape construction projects from site establishment through to final handover.

You will lead your team on site ensuring every project is delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the exceptional standards Humphreys Landscaping is known for.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring exceptional service and communication as point of contact to our clients
• Leading and developing a skilled landscaping team
• Taking ownership of projects from start to successful completion
• Delivering exceptional quality safely, on time, and within budget
• Working closely with designers, suppliers, subcontractors, and the wider Humphreys team to achieve outstanding results
