• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Good understanding of operational processes and systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of heavy diesel field service technicians across Auckland.
• Ensure work efficiency, productivity and quality; coach and mentor juniors.
• Handle warranty claims and related administrative tasks; undertake on-tools work.
• Run daily Right to Start meetings and promote Health & Safety and Terra values.
