Job summary

Frontline Health Wellington is seeking an experienced Hand Therapist ready to move into a leadership role. You will balance a clinical caseload with mentoring junior and associate clinicians, while guiding service development across clinic, community and sports settings.

You’ll join a supportive leadership team, have flexible hours, and a clear pathway for career progression. APC registration with Hand Therapy NZ is required; salary is $97k-$116k NZD with bonus on offer.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Hand Therapist to move into a leadership position with a leading Allied Health provider that genuinely invests in its people. You’ll combine a clinical caseload with leadership responsibilities—mentoring junior and associate clinicians, providing day-to-day support, and helping shape the continued growth of the service.

The Role

• Lead, mentor and develop Associate and junior clinicians
