Job summary

The Doctors Massey Medical is seeking an experienced GP passionate about community care to join our team. You will lead clinically, contribute to strategic planning, and work with a dedicated admin and nursing team.

Vocational registration with the Medical Council of NZ and FRNZCGP are preferred. We offer a supportive training environment, with a mix of in-practice and virtual sessions, and a negotiable hours arrangement around 32 per week.

Qualifications

• Vocational registration or working toward FRNZCGP.
• FRNZCGP and Vocational Registration with the Medical Council of NZ are required.
• Strong leadership and clinical governance能力.

Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to strategic planning within the practice.
• Provide high-quality GP care to a diverse patient population.
• Collaborate with nurses, admin staff and GP colleagues to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Champion equity and continuous quality improvement in clinical practice.
