Job summary

The Doctors Marshlands in Canterbury, Christchurch area seeks an experienced GP to join our team in a permanent leadership-capable role. You will champion equity, lead clinical improvements, and sit at the leadership table with a dedicated admin and nursing team.

Vocational registration and FRNZCGP are preferred, with a negotiable hours target of about 32 hours per week. We offer a supportive environment, 8–10 sessions per week, in-practice and virtual sessions, and a $10,000 sign-on bonus with

• Leadership and management experience in a GP setting.
• Sound clinical and service skills.
• Strong communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and contribute to strategic planning.

• Communicate clearly with staff and patients.
• Collaborate with nurses, GPs, and admin team to run the practice.
