Job summary

Talent Army seeks a seasoned Head of Enterprise Data & AI Engineering to oversee data platforms, enterprise applications and automation initiatives. You will lead delivery of cloud-based data warehouse solutions, set engineering standards and champion AI adoption across the organisation.

You will shape a scalable automation strategy, collaborate with executives and drive data-driven decision making using modern cloud, data and AI technologies. Flexible work arrangements are available.

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ leadership experience across data, enterprise applications and automation.
• Expertise in cloud data warehousing (BigQuery, Snowflake or similar).
• Strong SQL, dimensional modelling and data architecture knowledge.
• Experience with Power Platform, UiPath or equivalent automation platforms.
• API, integration, CI/CD, ALM and source control expertise.
• Knowledge of AI, LLMs, RAG and agent-based solutions.
• Proven stakeholder, vendor and people leadership experience.
