Job summary

Harper Smith Recruitment in Tauranga is seeking an experienced Civil Site Supervisor to take their experience to the next level. You’ll oversee site management, drive H&S compliance, and supervise trades and subcontractors on drainage and civils projects.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years as a Site Supervisor or senior foreman, strong communication skills, and proficiency with computers and record keeping.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as Site Supervisor or senior foreman in civils.
• Proficient at using a computer and record keeping.
• Effective communicator.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site management including Health & Safety requirements and supervision of trades and subcontractors.
• Liaise with Project Manager on priorities, programme, materials supply and stock levels.
• Coordinate with Council Representatives and Project Engineers on testing and compliance.
• Undertake inductions, toolbox talks, and ensure on-site efficiency.
