Job summary

Harper Smith is seeking an experienced Civil Site Supervisor to oversee site management, health & safety, and coordination with trades and subcontractors in a busy civil contracting setting. You will work with the Project Manager to prioritise programme, materials supply and stock levels while ensuring safety and efficient site operations.

Strong communication with Council representatives and Engineers is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Site Supervisor or senior foreman.
• Proficient at using a computer and record keeping.
• An effective communicator.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site management including health & safety, trades and sub-contractors.
• Liaise with Project Manager, Council reps and Engineer on testing, compliance and technical accuracy.
