Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years' hospitality or cafe management experience.
• Advanced barista skills with espresso machine operation and latte art.
• Strong supervisory and team leadership experience.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and cafe operations.
• Experience with inventory, stock control, and financial record-keeping.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Flexibility for early mornings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Current Food Safety Certificate or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily cafe operations and staff scheduling.
• Prepare and serve espresso-based drinks with consistency.
• Maintain food hygiene, health and safety standards.
• Manage inventory, stock orders, and supplier relations.
