Placements24 is seeking a highly skilled Banquet Chef to lead a culinary team in Queenstown, NZ. You will plan, prepare, and execute high-quality food for banquets, events, and conferences, ensuring an exceptional dining experience for all guests.

You will oversee menu development, cost control, and staff management in a fast-paced event-driven environment, collaborating with events staff to deliver innovative dishes and flawless service.

Competenze

• Proven experience as a Banquet Chef or similar high-volume catering role.
• Strong culinary skills with diverse cooking techniques and cuisines.
• Experience in menu development and costing for large-scale events.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously.
• Relevant culinary certifications and a passion for innovation in food preparation.
