• Proven experience in asphalt operations and site works.

• Current Class 2 Licence (minimum).
• WTR endorsements are highly regarded.
• Strong safety awareness and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist Foreman with daily planning and site coordination.
• Lead crew to deliver quality, safe asphalt work.
• Perform hands-on asphalt laying and plant operation.
• Conduct pre-start checks and site setup.
• Mentor crew and promote safety culture.
• Ensure work is completed on schedule and to high standards.
