Job summary

Ryman Healthcare in Christchurch is seeking a part-time Laundry Assistant for Ngaio Marsh Retirement Village. The role runs Friday 11:00–15:00 and covers laundering, sorting and delivering linen and residents’ clothing, with a focus on safety and resident comfort.

You will work with a supportive team, bringing empathy and attention to detail, and you’ll enjoy fixed rosters and a friendly village environment.

We have an exciting opportunity to join our supportive team at Ngaio Marsh Retirement Village in Christchurch as a Laundry Assistant. This is a Part Time positionworking Friday 1100-1500hrs.

In this role you will:

• Ensure the smooth and efficient laundering, sorting and delivery of linen and residents personal clothing
• Observe all health and safety precautions for the protection of residents, staff and visitors
• Work closely with, and support your colleagues
