ZURU is seeking a Marketing Executive to own launches for Mr Purrs and future pet brands, driving products from concept to shelf and digital shelf across the US and beyond. You'll lead cross-functional teams—Sales, Content, Digital Media, Design and Ecommerce—managing timelines, budgets and retailer assets, and turning learnings into faster, better activations.

This is a fast-paced, ownership-driven role with global growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in marketing, ideally in FMCG or consumer brands with hands-on delivery.
• Experience in at least two of: ecommerce or retailer product pages, influencer or sampling programmes, social media or retail media.
• Track record of working with agencies or external partners and keeping projects on track.
• Launch experience is a plus, and pet, personal care or household categories are a bonus.
• Organised and reliable: you juggle several projects at once without dropping pace, quality or detail.
• Ownership mindset and a curious eye for data: you take a brief, run with it and spot what’s working.

Responsabilités

• Lead key launches end to end: new brands, innovations and launches into new markets, including content, influencers, PR, sampling, reviews and website and social set-up.
• Run launch critical paths, rally project teams and partners, flag risks early and solve problems as they come up.
• Own our digital shelf: build and maintain retailer product pages and ecommerce content so our brands win online.
• Prepare retailer recaps and support line review and innovation-day materials.
• Lead creative and content projects from brief to sign-off, adapting assets for each market.
• Activate media and retail media with our Digital Media team and retail partners, from launch briefs and flighting to in-store activation.
• Manage project budgets: purchase orders, vendor set-up and tracking spend against plan.
• Read the results, run small tests and turn what you learn into better execution.
