Job summary

Global Wave Group seeks a LATAM Marketing Coordinator to support marketing initiatives across Latin America from our Albany, Auckland office. You will collaborate with regional managers and global teams to deliver campaigns, events, and digital marketing in Spanish and Portuguese markets.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in marketing coordination, fluent Spanish and proficient English, and strong project management and stakeholder skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Executive, or similar role.
• Native or fluent Spanish with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience in FinTech/Financial Services or a regulated industry is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and campaign execution.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support LATAM marketing activities across LATAM markets.
• Act as the liaison between LATAM region and Global Marketing team.
• Coordinate execution and follow-up of marketing campaigns, promotions and regional initiatives.
• Coordinate translation and localisation of marketing materials into Spanish and Portuguese.
• Support Events Manager with planning and coordination of expos, seminars, webinars, and partner events.
• Work with BDMs to ensure marketing activities align with regional business objectives.
• Coordinate content creation, social media, email campaigns, and website updates for LATAM markets.
• Ensure all marketing materials comply with regulatory requirements and brand guidelines.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports, insights, and recommendations.
• Manage relationships with external suppliers, agencies, translators, and media partners.
