Requirements & Candidate Criteria

• Excellent physical health and fitness – able to handle consistent manual work, lifting, bending, and outdoor work in varying weather conditions

• Mandatory: Ability to drive manual transmission trucks confidently and safely

• Valid New Zealand driver licence appropriate for truck operation (clean driving record preferred)

• Available for flexible hours including regular Saturday work

• Hardworking, reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or within a team

• Strong work ethic, safety-focused mindset, and commitment to daily job completion

• Previous labouring or truck driving experience is preferred but not essential for motivated candidates

• Legally eligible to work in New Zealand

• Police check may be conducted for suitable candidates during the recruitment process on our cost
