Eurofins-ELS Christchurch Food and Water testing Laboratory is seeking an enthusiastic, hands-on Laboratory Technician to join our close-knit team on a full-time permanent contract (Sunday–Thursday). Based at our busy lab, you will report to the Section Team Leader and contribute to a high-standard microbiological testing environment.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, hard working, team player to join our close-knit team on a full-time permanent contract Sunday - Thursday. Based at our busy Christchurch Food and Water testing Laboratory, this is a hands-on role reporting to the Section Team Leader, but which entails a degree of supervisory and mentoring duties of other Laboratory Technicians. The purpose of the role is to carry out the microbiological analysis of a variety of food and water samples.
Along with sound technical skills, great time-management, and an absolute commitment to quality, the ideal candidate will have a positive can-do attitude, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
