Job summary

LabPLUS, part of Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora, seeks a Laboratory Stores Coordinator to support growth of laboratory services across Procurement, Stores and Facilities coordination. You’ll ensure availability of supplies and equipment, while managing stock and supplier communications to keep one of New Zealand’s largest diagnostic laboratories running smoothly.

Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year in a store/stock role, be proficient with inventory and procurement systems, and

Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience as a store person or stock control role.
• Proficiency in inventory, purchasing and service management systems.
• Demonstrated numeracy and literacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure laboratory supplies and equipment are available when needed.
• Coordinate goods receiving and inventory management.
• Liaise with suppliers and coordinate deliveries.
• Support procurement and facilities coordination across Laboratory Medicine.
