The Hermitage Hotel is looking for a Stores Person to be based on site and manage goods received for all departments of the hotel, particularly with regards to perishable goods, dry goods, and beverage. In this role you will be pick‑packing, using a forklift, and undertaking stock management to ensure first‑in, first‑out of perishable goods, stock checks, and help with stock/inventory.
You will work both independently and as part of a team, with established systems and processes, to receive regular goods deliveries effectively and ensure the smooth and safe running of our stores space. In addition to being responsible for perishables, dry goods, and beverages, you will also take delivery of equipment and items for all departments and returns for waste management.
