Join the Ibis Wellington kitchen team under Accor, a global hospitality leader. We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Hand to support daily kitchen operations and maintain a clean, efficient work area.

You will assist with basic food prep, dishwashing, waste management, and stock organization while adhering to health and safety guidelines. This fixed-term role offers daily staff meals, academy access, and team recognition within a vibrant hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible roster including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Motivated and driven with strong organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in basic food preparation tasks as directed by the kitchen team.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in kitchen areas, including washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Ensure timely removal of waste and recycling, keeping disposal areas organized.
• Support kitchen staff in various tasks, contributing to overall kitchen efficiency.
• Follow established health and safety guidelines at all times.
• Assist with organization and storage of kitchen supplies.
