Key Responsibilities

• Assist chefs and cooks with basic food preparation tasks, such as chopping vegetables and portioning ingredients.
• Wash and sanitize dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment, maintaining a high level of cleanliness.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen work area, including sweeping floors and wiping down surfaces.
• Support stock rotation and inventory management, reporting any low stock levels.
• Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Dispose of waste and recycling appropriately according to company procedures.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Kitchen Hand or in a similar role is advantageous but not essential.
