Boulcott Kindergarten in Lower Hutt is seeking a part-time teacher to deliver warm, nurturing care and a responsive curriculum for tamariki aged 2–5. The role runs 20 hours per week across Monday to Friday, with availability during school holidays.

The successful candidate will hold an ECE (or primary) teaching qualification, current practising certificate and first aid certificate, and they are encouraged to learn te reo Māori and Pacific languages.

Boulcott Kindergarten is located in the heart of Lower Hutt, just a short walk from Hutt Hospital and next to Boulcott Primary School. Our convenient location means we welcome whānau from all over the Hutt Valley.

As an all-year service, the kindergarten remains open for one week of each school holiday break, with a two-week closure period over Christmas / New Year and on public holidays.
