Job summary

Mondelez International is seeking a Brand Representative to support in-store merchandising across banners such as Pak n Save, Woolworths, and New World, with coverage in Blenheim. The role requires early starts (5am on weekdays) and some Sundays, with reliable transport and a valid driver’s license.

You will build relationships with customers and the Sales team, create compelling displays, and ensure products are readily available on shelves while using POS to boost shopper interest.

Qualifications

• Previous merchandising experience preferred; training provided.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work autonomously with pride in your work.
• Flexible hours; some Sundays; reliable transport and a valid license.

Responsibilities

This is a casual role to work across all banners: Pak n Save, Woolworths, and New World; with potential to cover work at the Warehouse in Blenheim area. Flexibility to start at 5am weekdays, with some work on Sundays. You will need a reliable transport, car insurance, and either a full or restricted driver's license as a requirement.

How you will contribute

You will:

• Build strong relationships with our customers and Sales team by being reliable, efficient and communicating effectively;
• Build displays of our products in line with our standards and in the pre-agreed locations;
• Use impactful Point of Sale on our displays to generate shopper interest in our products;
• Make sure our products are always available on shelf for shoppers to purchase;
• Keep looking for additional opportunities to enable shoppers to enjoy our products.

• Ideally have previous merchandising experience but don’t worry, we will provide training if you haven’t;
• Be confident with good interpersonal, communication and customer service skills;
• Be self-motivated, able to work autonomously and take pride in your work;
• Be flexible, as hours may change due to business needs and busy times of the year;
• Be comfortable using the technology in a Smart phone.
