Job summary

Kathmandu is seeking a Full Time Assistant Store Manager for Nelson to lead a high-energy team, deliver outstanding customer service, and drive sales in-store.

You will coach staff, manage stock and merchandising, uphold store standards, and champion Kathmandu's outdoors-focused sustainability and brand values with a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail management or supervisory roles is preferred.
