Job summary

Kathmandu Botany is seeking a Full Time Assistant Store Manager to help drive daily store success and lead a passionate team in a fast-paced outdoor retail environment.

You’ll coach guests, manage stock, visual standards, and rostering while delivering exceptional service and building a culture of teamwork and adventure. This role offers career progression across our NZ stores and beyond.
