Evolve Education Group’s Helensville centre invites a Certificated Kaiako who is nurturing, passionate, and committed to creating meaningful learning experiences for Tamariki. You’ll join a warm, supportive whānau where care and connection come first, and where every child is encouraged to explore with curiosity and confidence.
You must be ECE qualified with a current Full or Provisional Teaching Registration, and have experience in an ECE setting.
Tucked into the heart of Helensville township, our centre is a warm, welcoming space where a true sense of whānau and community shines through. With a comforting, home-like atmosphere, our centre is filled with aroha, laughter, and meaningful connections — a place where Tamariki are nurtured, supported, and encouraged to explore the world around them with curiosity and confidence.
Our light-filled indoor spaces are thoughtfully designed at child level, creating calm, engaging environments that flow seamlessly into our outdoor areas. Our pēpi enjoy their own dedicated spaces with sandpits, climbing frames, and safe places to explore, while our older Tamariki thrive in open-plan environments filled with creative play areas, mud kitchens, bike tracks, and pockets for imagination to grow. With views of the nearby train line and river, and regular connections to our local parks and community, there’s always something exciting to discover.
Our tight-knit team is what truly makes our centre special. We’re a caring, kind, and supportive group who value strong relationships, open communication, and genuine connection. Guided by aroha and respect, we create a nurturing environment not just for Tamariki, but for each other too. Here, you’ll be part of a team that is dedicated, heart-led, and passionate about making a difference every day.
Located right in Helensville, we’re easily accessible with nearby transport links, local schools, parks, and community spots just a short walk away — making us a well-connected hub for local whānau.
If you’re a Certificated Kaiako who is nurturing, passionate, and committed to creating meaningful learning experiences, we would love to welcome you into our whānau. Whether you bring solid experience or are growing in your teaching journey, your attitude, care, and commitment are what matter most.
If you’re ready to join a centre where heart, community, and connection come first — nau mai, haere mai!
