Job summary

Pernod Ricard is seeking a Junior Trade Spend Analyst for a 6-month contract in Auckland, NZ. You will collate and process customer trade spend claims, reconcile outstanding items, and support month-end reporting.

The role offers hybrid working with two days remote per week and a focus on accurate, timely trade spend management. You will engage with Commercial Finance, contribute to journal entries, accruals, and monthly reports, and drive process improvements within a convivial, growth-oriented

Qualifications

• Experience in trade spend, claims processing, rebates, or commercial finance support.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills to validate information and reconcile discrepancies.
• Experience preparing journals, accruals, or month-end reporting in an ERP or finance system.

Responsibilities

• Collate and process all customer trade spend claims, rebates, and scans per programs.
• Reconcile aged outstanding claims weekly and prepare monthly status summaries.
• Post trade spend accruals and month-end journals in the ERP system.
• Run monthly reports and provide ad hoc reporting improvements.
