FCM Travel in Auckland is seeking a results-driven professional to identify growth opportunities within our existing customer base, analyze trends, and build strong business relationships. You will also keep clients informed about new product availability and present to them confidently face-to-face or online.

The ideal candidate has travel industry experience, account management or customer relations skills, and proficiency with MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Formación

• Experience in the Travel Industry is essential.
• Account management or customer relations experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships.
• Ability to articulate knowledge about products and services to customers leading to enhanced sales and growth.
• Proficient user of MS products – particularly Excel and Power Point.
