Job summary

Mott MacDonald in Auckland is seeking an IT Site Support Coordinator to provide hands-on, on-site IT support across offices. You’ll ensure workplace technology stays reliable, devices and meeting rooms run smoothly and you will assist with onboarding and asset management.

You will collaborate with office teams and Group IT, bringing strong troubleshooting and customer service skills to deliver responsive support and a seamless technology experience for colleagues.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT support, desktop support or workplace technology environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• The ability to work independently while collaborating with broader IT teams.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience supporting Windows devices, peripherals and printers.
• Familiarity with video conferencing technologies including Microsoft Teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor office technology, printers and workplace devices to ensure they remain operational.
• Support technology maintenance activities and authorised vendor visits.
• Conduct routine technology and security checks across the workplace.
• Build strong relationships with colleagues and provide responsive, customer‑focused support.
