Job summary

WSP in Wellington seeks an IT Onsite Support Specialist to deliver efficient, on-site IT services for the office and regional sites. Qualifications

• Qualification in a computing discipline and/or a minimum of 2 years relevant experience in an IT support function.
• ITIL v4 Foundations Certification (Desirable)
• Working knowledge of ServiceNow, ITSM processes, and Microsoft 365 applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd level support for incidents and requests related to desktops, laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, OS, Microsoft 365, and collaboration tools.
• Deliver professional, client-focused support with clear communication and timely resolution.
• Provide hands-on deskside support and practical guidance to users with varying levels of technical knowledge.
• Ensure day-to-day onsite IT services are operational and proactive in addressing issues.
• Support onboarding, offboarding, and user lifecycle activities including equipment deployment and recovery.
• Provide proactive support for Teams Rooms, AV systems, and meeting room infrastructure.
• Maintain assets, inventory and CMDB records for governance and audits.
• Record and manage incidents, tasks and asset activities in ServiceNow per ITSM standards.
