Job summary

The New Zealand Parliament IT team is seeking two IT Engineers to join the Technology Operations & Infrastructure team. You will deliver day-to-day operational support across end-user devices, networks, cloud platforms and on-premises infrastructure to keep systems available, secure and reliable.

Working with experienced engineers and service desk teams, you’ll monitor, maintain and troubleshoot infrastructure, respond to incidents and service requests, and contribute to improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting IT systems, infrastructure and end-user services in a busy operational environment.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues across multiple domains and priorities.
• Strong communication and documentation of configurations and procedures.
• Demonstrated customer-focused approach and collaborative working style.
