We are looking for dedicated Full-Time and Casual Support Workers to join our Intensive Support Services team in Feilding, supporting both adults and young people with complex support needs. This rewarding role involves providing person-centred support in a safe and positive environment, helping individuals develop independence and achieve their goals. Available shifts include afternoon shifts (3:00pm to 11:00pm) and overnight shifts (11:00pm to 7:00am). We are seeking reliable, compassionate individuals who can work confidently both independently and as part of a team.
Our Support Workers assist Rangatahi and Tamariki who access our services to live as independently as possible, in their community. Support Workers are part of a team who work shifts or specific rosters providing 24/7 cover with responsibilities including aiding with personal care, community outings, integration, and other aspects of daily living - enabling people we support to be as independent as possible
Empathy, respect, and cultural awareness is important in this role as the people we support come from diverse backgrounds with varying needs and interests.
