Icehouse Ventures is expanding its team to hire an Investor Compliance Specialist. You will manage end-to-end onboarding for investors, ensuring AML/CFT and FATCA/CRS compliance while delivering an exceptional investor experience.

You will partner with finance, legal, and investment teams to maintain ongoing compliance with New Zealand's wholesale investor regime and handle investor administration queries. A dynamic, fast-moving environment with opportunities to implement new ideas awaits.

Qualifikationen

• At least two years' experience in an AML/KYC-focused role, in banking, financial services, fund administration, a registry or regulated investment platform.
• Working understanding of FATCA/CRS obligations.

Aufgaben

• Own end-to-end investor onboarding to ensure compliance.
• Perform ongoing compliance checks on portfolio companies and key people before capital is deployed.
• Handle investor administration requests (share transfers, statement queries) and FATCA/CRS reporting cycle.
