Job summary

DB Breweries Limited is seeking an Inventory Support team member to connect physical stock with system records and ensure accuracy across the warehouse network. You will perform cycle counts, investigations, and stock adjustments in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in inventory control, warehousing, logistics or similar environment.
• Knowledge of cycle counting, stock reconciliation and stock rotation.
• Experience using inventory management systems (WMS, SAP, ERP).
• Strong Microsoft Excel and computer skills.
• Ability to identify discrepancies and investigate root causes.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks.
• Strong communication and collaborative working style.
• Continuous improvement mindset and safe work practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform cycle counts, stock checks and reconciliations.
• Process stock returns and inventory transactions.
• Investigate discrepancies and resolve stock issues.
• Monitor stock rotation and aged/short-dated stock risks.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock adjustments.
• Investigate rogue pallets and unidentified stock.
• Support damage and inventory loss reporting.
• Contribute to TPM and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Build relationships across teams to improve inventory performance.

About The Role

We're looking for an Inventory Support team member to join our Supply Chain team at DB Breweries. In this role, you'll be the link between our physical stock and system records, helping ensure inventory accuracy across our warehouse network and keeping our operations running smoothly. What You'll Do

• Performing cycle counts, stock checks, and inventory reconciliations
• Processing stock returns and inventory transactions
• Investigating inventory discrepancies and resolving stock issues
• Monitoring stock rotation and identifying risks relating to aged or short-dated stock
• Maintaining accurate inventory records and completing stock adjustments
• Investigating rogue pallets and unidentified stock
• Supporting damage and inventory loss reporting
• Contributing to TPM and continuous improvement initiatives
• Building strong working relationships across operational teams to improve inventory performance and accuracy.

What You'll Bring

• Knowledge of inventory processes such as cycle counting, stock reconciliation, and stock rotation
• Experience using WMS, SAP, ERP, or similar inventory management systems.
