Job summary

DB Breweries, part of The HEINEKEN Company, is seeking an Inventory Support to bridge physical stock and system records. Based in Otahuhu, Auckland, you will help ensure inventory accuracy across our warehouse network in a fast-paced environment.

You will perform cycle counts, reconcile stock, and support TPM and continuous improvement initiatives while working closely with operational teams to optimize stock performance and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in inventory control, warehousing, logistics, or similar
• Experience with cycle counting, stock reconciliation, and stock rotation
• Experience using WMS, SAP, ERP, or similar inventory management systems
• Strong Microsoft Excel and computer skills
• Ability to identify discrepancies and investigate root causes
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks
• Strong communication and collaborative working style
• Continuous improvement mindset and safe work practices

Responsibilities

• Perform cycle counts, stock checks and inventory reconciliations
• Process stock returns and inventory transactions
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and resolve stock issues
• Monitor stock rotation and manage aged/short-dated stock risks
• Maintain accurate inventory records and complete stock adjustments
• Investigate rogue pallets and unidentified stock
• Support damage and inventory loss reporting
• Contribute to TPM and continuous improvement initiatives
• Build strong relations with operational teams to improve accuracy
