Job summary

Mico in Mt Maunganui is seeking an Inventory / Customer Service specialist to join our branch. In this role you will handle trade counter sales, manage inwards goods, and take ownership of stock on shelves while delivering excellent service to trades, businesses and homeowners.

You will perform cycle counts, receipts into our systems, and ensure products are stocked and ready for delivery. A physical role with some heavy lifting and the potential for development within Fletcher Building Group.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and/or retail environments.
• Ability to handle stock counts and accuracy.
• Able to lift and move stock; physically fit.
• Strong numeric and data-entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a cheerful smile and provide exceptional service.
• Own inventory requirements in cycle counting and stock reduction.
• Support inventory management, inwards goods and deliveries.
• Ensure products are organised and ready for delivery.
• Accurately checking and receipting product into our systems.
