Job summary

Responsibilities

• Develop pricing, promotions and merchandising strategies to maximise sales and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor sales, expenses, cash flow and financial performance, and assist with budgeting and cost control.
• Recruit, train, roster, supervise and manage approximately 9 staff members.
• Maintain health and safety, food handling, employment and retail compliance.
