Job summary

Genuine Parts Company (Motion division) in Christchurch is seeking a hands-on sales & customer service professional to support a diverse local and national customer base. The role covers front counter service, phone and email inquiries, some warehouse tasks, and developing lasting customer relationships to become the supplier of choice.

Ideal candidates have 2-3 years in the industry, good communication, problem-solving, and a team-player attitude.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years’ relevant industry experience - exposure to bearings an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills, great phone manner and strong customer service ethics.
• Natural problem-solving skills, a curious mind, comfortable working with blue collar, construction & industrial stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Providing product support to a diverse customer base.
