Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or related field.
• Experience in internal auditing, accounting, or project cost control.
• Knowledge of construction, property development, or project management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct internal audits of financial transactions, project costs, procurement, and operations.
• Review project budgets, actual expenditure, cash flow, and cost variations.
• Verify transactions are approved, recorded accurately, and documented.
• Assess internal controls and identify financial and compliance risks.
• Prepare audit reports and propose corrective actions.
