• Integrations bringing together separate systems to solve customer problems
• Knowledge of automation tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency
• Low-code / No-code integration frameworks
• Programming & scripting skills, including competency with PowerShell scripting and TypeScript React
• Suitable vendor cloud automation offerings (E.g. Azure Logic Apps, Function Apps, Service Bus, Power Apps, Power Platform, AWS Step Functions, Lambda, Boomi, etc.)
• Experience with Azure AI services (including Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, Azure Document Intelligence, AI Foundry), implementation of AI-driven automation solutions, and chatbot development.
• DevOps operations and CI/CD frameworks
• Connector and API Management, working across various data sources
• Consulting with customers on options and features required to meet business needs
• Designing and presenting solutions and scopes of work to customers
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to conduct research into issues
• The ability to communicate complex topics in audience-appropriate detail and terminology
• Self-motivated, able to prioritise tasks
• Previous experience in a professional services environment is highly desirable
