Job summary

Technical Futures in Auckland is seeking an Intermediate Civil Engineer to contribute to land development projects, coordinating design, evaluation and analysis to meet NZ standards. You will drive projects through to completion and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver value for clients.

The ideal candidate holds a Civil Engineering degree with 5+ years of land development experience across commercial, industrial and residential sectors, and demonstrates strong decision-making

Qualifications

• A tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering (ideally working towards CPEng status).
• 5+ years’ experience on land development civil projects across Commercial, Industrial, and Residential sectors.
• Outstanding decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Great attitude and ability to work well within a diverse team of likeminded professionals.

Responsibilities

• Contributing design, coordination, evaluation, and analysis on land development projects.
• Ensuring engineering designs meet local council and New Zealand standards and requirements.
• Helping to drive projects through to completion.
