Job summary

BDO Rotorua is seeking an intermediate BAS/Business Advisory professional to join our Rotorua BAS Team. This full-time role offers hybrid work with some work-from-home options and a clear pathway to growth within a locally owned firm that values people.

Based in Rotorua, you will build relationships with clients and staff, contribute to high-quality advisory work, and benefit from professional development and a supportive culture that balances work and life.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years experience working in business advisory within a NZ accounting firm.
• High standards with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with staff and clients.
• Positive team player with drive to further career and willingness to take accountability for own work and development.
• Strong written and oral communication and the ability to self manage and act decisively to solve problems.
• Have an undergraduate degree in accounting or similar.

The role is located at our BDO Rotorua office (with work from home options available) and is a full time (40 hours per week) role. Salary will depend on experience and additional benefits are available.
