Kiwibank is seeking a collaborative Software Engineer to join an integration-focused team during a digital transformation. You will design, build, test, and support high-quality software solutions using .NET, APIs, GraphQL, and Kafka, contributing to CI/CD and automation while working with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable outcomes.

Qualifications

Proven ability to work effectively within cross functional Agile and DevOps environments.
Experienced in .NET development and building scalable software solutions.
Experienced in developing and integrating APIs and GraphQL services.
Experienced in working with Kafka and event driven integration patterns.
Strong understanding of CI/CD practices and pipeline automation.
Proficient in debugging production issues and improving code quality.
Strong understanding of cloud and design principles for modern solutions.
Experienced in writing effective asynchronous code and implementing complex components.
Confident in collaborating with engineers, QA specialists, security teams, designers, and researchers.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
Proficient in Git and modern development workflows.
