Job summary

All Seasons Mortgage is seeking an experienced Financial Adviser specialising in Life, Disability & Health Insurance to join a supportive, growing team in Auckland. You can choose between an employed role with base pay + uncapped commission or a self-employed/contractor arrangement with access to leads, systems and admin support.

You'll receive daily qualified appointments, build trusted client relationships and participate in ongoing training and development to advance your advisory career in a

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and practical experience in Insurance, with an understanding of mortgage-related and personal risk products.
• Solid foundation in Finance to interpret client financial situations and align insurance solutions with long-term financial plans.
• Background in Consulting, including the ability to analyze client needs and provide clear, tailored recommendations.
• Demonstrated excellence in Customer Service, with a client-centered approach and commitment to building long-term relationships.
• Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, including the ability to explain complex concepts in accessible language.
• Relevant industry certifications or licenses in insurance (or willingness to obtain), and familiarity with local regulatory requirements.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and comfort working with digital tools and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment in Auckland and manage a varied client portfolio.
