Watercare Services Limited invites applications for an Instrumentation Apprenticeship based in Māngere-Ōtāhuhu, Auckland. Earn while you learn by supporting maintenance delivery across treatment plants and networks.

You’ll gain practical skills in instrumentation, automation, and control systems, with full training toward nationally recognised qualifications. A clean full driver’s licence and a positive attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Our ideal candidate is a team player with good communication skills and a strong health and safety focus.
• They should be willing to learn and have good literacy and numeracy.
• They should show interest in electronics, automation, technology, or engineering and a desire to work in water.

Responsabilités

• Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot instrumentation and control systems at Watercare's plants and networks.
• Fault-find, interpret drawings, and ensure critical systems operate safely and efficiently.
• Learn hands-on with sensors, analysers, transmitters, telemetry, and automation equipment.
