Qualifications

• Proven strength in literacy and numeracy.
• Experience with restorative practices.
• Ability to build strong relationships with students, staff and whānau.
• Knowledge of the New Zealand Curriculum.
• Ability to lead and inspire ākonga.

Responsibilities

• Deliver English, Health & Physical Education, Learning languages, Mathematics & statistics, Science, Social studies, Technology, Te reo Māori and The arts.
• Contribute to wellbeing and positive school culture.
• Collaborate with staff and whānau to support learner agency.
• Work in a collaborative team to implement engaging learning experiences.
• Role may teach across Years 1–8 with year level negotiable.
