Qualifications

• NZ-qualified and certificated kaiako with NZ registration.
• Experience across all age groups in mixed-age settings.
• Strong knowledge of Te Whāriki and responsive teaching practice.
• Ability to plan, assess and meet compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement intentional teaching strategies.
• Develop meaningful assessment and planning to support learning.
• Collaborate within the team and engage in reflective practice.
• Uphold Te Tiriti o Waitangi in practice and support te reo Māori growth.
