• Culturally responsive: Integrate te reo and tikanga Māori into classroom culture.
• Student-centred: Foster student agency, well-being, and academic success.

Responsibilities

• Work within collaborative teaching spaces with supportive colleagues.
• Co-construct engaging learning experiences for all tamariki.
• Mentor and host kaiako tauira / student teachers and contribute to PLD.
